Bought a used 3320 a while back and am a bit mystified about the wheel arrangement. The valve stems are all to the inside (which is inconvenient), and the centering hole in the wheels have a slight flare that look to me like they should be pointed out rather than the present orientation where they point in. I have noticed that all the wheels have paint scratches in the bolt circle area that give me the impression that the wheels were all mounted with the opposite side out before. So, my question is are these wheels on backwards or are they made to be reversible to slightly alter the trackwidth?

Thanks for any help.

Mounting with the stems in will add a couple inches to the width. You flip them around and swap them side to side to keep the tread pointing in the correct direction.
