yeh, you're right about the rims. Fronts are the same, rears different. Probably not much point in having to have the front tires unmounted and remounted though, eh?
Never had a flat (yet) and everything is in great shape. Fair to expect the same? (no major blems or flaws). You've never had the bolts comes loose and the studs bung the holes bigger or anything like that, right? (don't mean to question your integrity, but I've bought off eBay......)
Used it today (I do landscape work with it) and it has 126 hrs now. Nothing in them but air.
Muncie would be the easiest (fastest) for me, off #69 and easy access. When would you want to undertake such a mission?
And how does one take all 4 wheels off a tractor? 4 jack stands I guess?

My tires are in perfect condition except for the one plug and some dog crap. Got the nail and the crap both within the past week working around the yard. The hole I fixed before it even went flat. The crap I'll wash off tonight. I always keep the wheel bolts torqued to the proper values, so no, the holes aren't wollered out or anything. This whole deal is subject to the approval of both of us. No deal is a good deal unless everybody's happy. If either of us isn't satisfied with what we see, we go home. Fair enough?
There's a nice mom & pop truck stop at the US 35 (Muncie) exit off I69. That suit you? You wouldn't have to get off the big road and I wouldn't have to get on. I can go about anytime. I work til noon Saturday, so Saturday afternoon or evening, Sunday afternoon, Monday evening. I'll take a few hours off if I need to during the week. You name it.
