I bought a summit diverter for a 3515h with Bl150. Are all the fittings British thread? If they are all that from the factory, it will make it easier for me to figure out what adapters I need to fit more locally availible JIC 37degree fittings or hoses. I know Fleet Farm sells hoses but they have NPT threads and low is stock, so I will initially order online. Thanks for any advice. Btw, Im assuming there is a NPT male to male thead adapter on the 3/8" quick connects on the loader valve.

In one of the pics, i put a cardboard template where i would like to mount the valve so i could reuse the curl lines...any opposing ideas????

If you mount your diverter valve up on the loader cross tube close to the curl cylinder lines were they tee,
you couple add in a short piece if necessary and your lines that you have to purchase would be several feet shorter,
and you wouldn't have a another pair of lines running the length of the loader frame.
Just a small 2 conductor wire.
For what it's worth quite often when I wire in something on the tractor I will use sjo cord or just a piece of outdoor extension cord,
you have 3 usable conductors surrounded by an insulating layer of protection.

Wouldn't I have an extremely higher chance of damage to the valve or the connectors with it mounted down there from branches and brush?

With it mounted by the loader I only need 2 x 16" lines from the loader valve to the diverter in ports and 2 x 9' new hoses to the grapple circuit. The curl hoses can be moved from the loader valve to the new valve a few inches away....unless Im missing something

The hose fittings on my BL25 are all JIC. The loader quick connects should be 3/8 NPT. I'm not sure but I think the elbows that they mount on could be JIC female. It's easy enough to check. The visible threads look straight so I don't think they are NPT. Any format with straight threads should be reuseable unlike NPT where the seal degrades each time it's tightened.

With what you describe I can envision a snakes nest of tubing up by the joystick. I would think mounting the diverter valve behind the bucket area and having shorter hoses would be less likely to hang up on branches than having more lines running the length of the loader. Either way you do it, there will be more stuff to hang-up. You are gonna have to be creative to make a clean installation. Using right angle fittings wherever necessary to keep loops of tubing from sticking out and fabricating tubing hold-downs will help.
I think Eric is probably right about fitting threads.

I guess I just dont see or can imagine how to run hoses at the T in the lines? Hopefully someone has a good picture so I can see the connections. Also i took the red marked line off at the 90, it looks like npt or british from what i can tell from the discount hydraulics ID chart. Also disconnected where the red curl line connects to the hard lines, still not jic. If anyone has any pics of their setup with the diverter valve behind the bucket and how it connects to the hardlines and such, it would be appreciated

The elbows on the 3rd and 4th picture are 3/8 BSPP on the swivel end and 3/8 NPT on the quick disconnect end. The fittings on the hose that attaches to the hard lines are most likely metric, as the hard lines may very well be metric too.

I totally agree about standardization. It would be nice if they actually gave the specs on the part diagrams instead of pt8 or pf8 or how ever cryptically Branson has them listed in the Bl150 parts diagram/manual
