Has anyone purchased one of these?
Nope, it won't fit on my machine. :)

Gasp...It's $635 and 4 to 6 weeks for shipping. Which means they probably don't make it until you order. Great idea but for the tractors it fits there are other places to put toolboxes. It does look well made however.

It is pretty, but holy smokes, $635!! You could put a few toolboxes on your tractor for that price... and fill them with brand new tools to boot!

Cool idea but I would worry that I would bump it setting out front like that and I would be out $635 + shipping. Ed

Deere used to make a toolbox bracket that bolted to the front in place of the starter weight bracket. My 5520 came that way and I still have the bracket. Maybe have a photo of it.

Mounting a proper tool box and then separately, a rock box is an idea whose time has come. I'm tired of being a long walk away and not having basic wrench or two. Even worse, to be doing field work and not have a place to put the errant rock. I shouldn't have to spend hours bending and welding a bracket to hold a box for a couple of rocks. There's not enough room on the platform of the tractor but that's where they go.

For less than $200, one could buy some 80/20 hardware and a weatherproof tool box. This way you can mount it behind the seat on the ROPS like many of the kubota's do today.

80/20 Inc. is a T-slotted aluminum framing system that is easy to build and can be reconfigured into endless projects and solutions. 80/20 can be used anywhere. 8/2 Inc. - T-slotted aluminum framing system

Just place a brace across the ROPS part that is stationary (under the folding hinge) and mount the tool box or carry-all basket.
