Hey everyone!
Just learned of this forum...and look forward to being part of it. I have had few older JD's, and currently have an x595, and am going to add another green. I test drove and operated a 3520 w/factory cab. Overall I loved the machine and feel like I must have one. I know they are just starting to trickle in, so there may not be much feedback on some of the issues I found. Here are my Questions/Concerns.....

1. Found the joystick stiff to operate
(looks like the added cables may be causing the stiffness)
Q*(do you think this is normal or will it free up with time)

2 Rear outside tire width very narrow...13" less than 4520
Q*(will turfs add any width or the 2 position help much)

3 Found the bucket dump cycle time to be very slow and
could barely lift the front of the tractor off the ground with
down pressure
Q*(is this normal...can you adjust the relief valve
or does more HP change this)

4 Found the rear loader mount to be about an inch from the
bottom of the cab glass, which seems to be a replaceable
section of glass...does JD know something we don't
Q*(has anyone seen the loader come on and off)

5 Found the seat to not go back quite far enough... I'm 6'
Q*(do you think you can tweak the seat mounts)

I really want one of these Cab Tractors, and overall very impressed with them...very quiet and comfortable, great fit and finish! I am hoping that my concerns are not as serious as I tend to make them, and or some of you may have some solutions. I look forward to your help, and can't wait to have 1 more green!

1)Can't answer for sure. My 4310 used to get stiff until the seat base was taken off and oiled where it needed it. Couldn't do it with the seat base on. Does cab model use cables or linkages? Also cold weather can effect this.
2)Talk to your dealer or look on deere.com Are you on slopes?
3)Bucket cycle time is related to engine RPM. Should be able to lift front end.
4)Broken glass possibly??? I haven't thought about this yet, but taking FEL on and off is simple enough on level ground. 5 minutes max to install, 3 minutes to remove.
5)They offer a optional seat upgrade with greatly improved suspension. Are your fields bumpy? I would highly recommend this if so.

good luck in your quest
Kyle

I sat in one today. Fit and finish was superb. Heat, air, and a spectacular view. I am jelous. Jodale - Perry makes some outstanding cabs also. On their computer site they have one for my NH TC 45 D. Rather than trading I think I would go with an aftermarket. I finally got the annoying items fixed and am well satisfied with the tractor.
