Only if the gas station fouled it up. I have color coded jugs and all of my roadgoing vehicles are diesel, so it seems unlikely that I'd mix it up. Would that cause a salmon colored goo to form around my paper element filter?
It looks like theres a second, steel canister filter downstream from the paper filter in the clear plastic bowl. I figure I'll change that while im in there.
Does anyone know of a locking fuel cap to keep pesky neighborhood kids from fiddling with it?
