3616 Mahindra-battery is hot-nothing happens when I turn the key

Ive had bad connection where the cable connects to the battery lug.

if you haven't figured it out yet...i had a similar problem on my 3016. turn key and nothing. turn key and glow controller buzzes...... somtimes the lights worked..... all it really is, is a ground issue 99% of the time. at least in my case. i got rid of the finicky connectors from the factory. ground the frame a little more at the bolted ground connection. they also did have a bad batch of exide batteries that would leak and corrode etc... its warranty if u remember before 3 years is up... anyway i replaced mine from canadian tire. got one that was a close match, as they didnt have a exact match. had to make a wider battery hold down bar like 3/4 inch if i remember..... i went thru just about everything when it did it to me, i was frusterated then last thing i think of is the ground..arrg:confused3:
