3620 transmission

The same thing helps if it's hanging up going into or out of 4x4. I usually come to a stop, put the trans in neutral, and shift the front axle (in or out). If it doesn't go right away, I'll put it back in gear, and roll it forward a foot or two, shift back to neutral and it usually just slides right in (or out). Helps to have the front wheels straight when doing it.

Your saying he tractor will move in one direction or the other in that senario, when "frozen". I got a bit confused though as one poster has a 3620R shuttle while you show a 3620H?
