3725H or 4225H

The 3520 uses a 1.8 liter triple. The 3725 has a 2.1 liter four. The 4225 uses the same engine but according to my dealer the fuel injectors are larger. The injector pump may be adjusted differently as well. Branson lists it as a different engine model- A2000N2 vs A2000N3

I test drove the 3520 and 3725. The 3520's engine sounded more tractor like to me but I was coming from a three cylinder Kubota. The 3725 is smoother and quieter. When I bought mine 1.5 years ago the 20 series had the same loader joystick on the fender as the 25 but the PTO and cruise controls were under the steering wheel while the 25s have them on the fender. I think the 20s moved them there since then. The 25s have two adjustable 3pt links (with nice crank handles on them) for adjusting implement tilt. The 20s have one adjustable and one fixed.

Fireman, One of the things we've discussed as a side note on another thread, is the 20 vs 25 and where Branson is going with their product line.

Pape from Portugal shared that, in Europe, Branson no longer sells the 20. It's discontinued. They sell the 25 and offer more hp choices, along with a few minor changes from the 20. Some of the thinking is that Branson is using the US to liquidate their 20 inventory and at the appropriate time, will switch everything over to the 25, which has a slightly heavier frame. The speculation is that they will also increase the HP choices.

I know this doesn't help with your request for pricing, but, if Branson does move more aggressively to the 25, you might see more price discounting by dealers to move out the 20 as the 25 becomes more of the future.

I tend to agree withe notion of Branson liquidating the 20 series in the U.S. I have already had dealers tell me they have a 4720H for the same price as a 4225H that they would have to order. So far I think I'm leaning more towards the 25 series due to what I perceive as upgrades over the 20 series.
