I agree! 2 years ago I bought my L4330 and I absolutely love the power of it's loader. I also loaded the rear tires, got 300 lb wheel weights on the rear tires and the loader can still get the back end off the ground.
Don't forget to get a tooth bar! Read some of the other threads about tooth bars...you will thank me later. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Hear is a picture of my L4330.

You've chosen a great dealer Guy. I went to college with one of the owner's sons and bought my L3130 from them. I think the 3830 will do what you need for your acreage, but if you have the means, the 4330 would do it faster. If I were going with the 4330 though, I think I'd get the 7' box instead of the 6', possibly even a 7' cutter (maybe someone with more experience can chime in on that). I'd also get 3 rear remotes. I regret not even getting 1 remote at the time of purchase. Is the rear remote going to be used for the grapple? How about going with a WR Long valve to control the grapple, or at least the Fasse kit which I know Star Eq. sells it (they quoted me around $500-$700, I don't remember). If all of this is adding too much $ for the 4330 then maybe go with the 3830 equipped like you said but with 3 remotes and the front vavle kit. I'd rather have the 3830 with the additional accesories over the bigger 4330 without.

Another thing...if I were to do it again, I wouldn't get the DT. I'd go with the Hydrostatitc tranny. I didn't like the GST and the cost and extra HP loss of the HST made me go with the DT. However, my left knee wishes I'd have gotten the HST /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I also went with the Kubota insurance. I don't remember what the policy states exactly, but I seem to remember the dealer telling me the same thing they told you.
