Boy, that's just plain disturbing! Little story for you. About 35 or so years ago my uncle was mowing his lawn with his riding mower. Very small lot, all flat. My cousin (his daughter) ran over to him while he was mowing and she slipped on the grass. Her foot went under the mower deck and it quickley took off all of her toes on her left foot. They were able to sew the big one back one but she lost the rest. She was probably 10 or so at the time. Just goes to show you children and equiment do NOT mix. And they weren't even doing anything crazy either, just goes to show you what can happen. Anyway, the Dr's said she would probably have trouble walking her whole life but she turned out to be the best soccer player the town had seen in a long time, trophies all over the house. Ended up in the Marines, sharp shooter, and is now a state cop.
Anyway, it all worked out for her thankfully. You may want to share this with your idiot neighbor! Hopefully some child will not be the one paying for his stupidity!
