You can put on an aftermarket 3-point, but I wouldn't recommend it. These older tractors weren't made to lift that much weight on the rockshaft. It is surprising how muck leverage even light equipment has when it is that far back from the axle.
What do you want to use that requires a 3-point? There are a lot of drawn implements that may work just as well.
