This has been posted before by charlz back in '06, but this was my first hydraulic repair on a new-to-me machine I picked up in December (my first), and I'm feeling a bit proud. 
The tractor is an early model B8200.
The 3ph would drop slowly but visibly with weight on it which was aggravating at best. Ordered up a set of O-rings and got it done in 1.5 hours, including removing a couple parts that I didn't need to and getting on line to research a small sticking point. Not bad, I'd say.

The cylinder came out with some magnets like charlz suggested but I first had to work it back and forth with the lift arms to get it loose.

The inside isn't perfect, but probably a bit better than the pic makes it look.

I neglected to take a shot of the new O-ring, but trust me, it's a fair shot more proud than the old one.

I also replaced the odd little backer ring. Not sure if it was necessary but it was cheap...
I also did the O-ring on the cap. The whole thing ran about $11.
My daughter got home just as I was finishing and Dad duties were calling, but it didn't drop at all in 15 minutes. I'm gonna call it fixed!
BTW... If it showed in the pics I'll answer a couple other nagging questions. Yes, I had to do this outside in my driveway. No, I'm not happy about it. Yes, I have plans to fix that problem this spring/summer. :thumbsup:
