I have heard of this blowing a safety valve or even the piston seals on the 3 point. I am afraid you are going to have to drop the BH and get the tractor in the shop. Looks like you are going to be tearing apart the lift box.
One other thought. Did you BH go up in the air higher than normally lifted by the 3 point? If so it over extended itself and the piston came out of the bore. When it came back down it tore he seals. My buddy did this with a tractor that was 15 minutes old. He could not get it off his trailer with the BH on so he had another guy lift the BH with a FEL beyond lift capacity. When he got it off the trailer it would not lift or hold a position.
