3ph spreader.....

Hello All!

Just a quick ?, has or does anybody have any plans for a home made 3ph spreader. The wife is wanting to spread some lime and/or manure in the 1-2 acre garden spot and instead of just going out and buying one I told her, let me check with the "creative heads" gang on TBN. We've looked in various classifieds and as you would think, at this time of year, spreaders are being used and are few and far between and a bit pricey I might add, must be the "peak" season pricing. I've got a fairly decent pile of scrap metal and wood so any ideas or plans would be greatly appreciated. Or if there is a previous link for spreaders that would be great too.

Yes I found "plans". The book is a publication from the lincoln arc welding foundation first printed in 1978. The full title is ARC WELDED PROJECTS Volume II" . It is a collection of project write-ups submitted by shop students. It was originally intended as a teaching aid for shop teachers. I can email you the info from the 3 pages the cover this project, but don't get too excited. Some of the projects are sketchy on details, and this is one of them.
