we are only doing a small area of tilled soil(mostly row corn) and i will use my portable tiller. the rest is fruit trees and raised beds:thumbsup:.

I am guessing it is a top link (of the 3 pts) problem. The top link needs to be adjusted to allow it to drop farther.
