I an not sure how Northern sells that valve...but you NEED to have that PB sleeve installed. As I showed in that link-SC sells is separately.

Thanks for your help Kenny, the valve has be ordered. Now I can resume my Hurricane Ike clean-up and repairs. Hopefully I can finish before the new season starts next month.
