yes, you are right! You can't back 'em up, put 'em on a trailer, but they sure do cut a lot of grass fast! As for sharpening them, they are designed to be used for commercial service, and the few acres we cut has no trees or obstacles, so it works quite well. Just don't plan on backing them up!
It's great fun cutting a 15 foot wide track. The 4400 and B are both just about the right size to pull them, just the B works at 1000 RPM in 5th gear, and the 3 Cyl 4400 runs at 2000 RPM in mid range hyd all the way to the floor. I'm not sure which machine is more fun frankly.
