3PT Hiccups Ford 1700

i have a ford 1700 with a loader. the loader has gotten slower and now hot or cold my 3pt hiccups. one of the lines to the loader pulses as the three point hiccups.

Is the hydraulic supply to the loader via quick couplers?

I have the same hiccup problem with the lift on my ford 1720 year 1990 3047 hrs. and hope you get your problem solved. I've been reading the manual but can't figure which valve to check first. it may be worn O-rings or sticking check valve etc. so I'm just going to try to start checking the easiest first. My lift raises fine but hiccups in any position so I think the pressure is good or I would start with checking the pressure.
