3pt hitch help

I have a ford 1600 compact and the draw bar or hitch is very short. making some of my implements driveshafts too long. I have a drawbar for my 3pt but the problem is the 3pt will float up or the drawbar will spin. I know I can get drawbar lock too keep the bar from spining. But I think I need a what they call stay lock bar too keep the bar from floating.

do I need a left and right stay bar and does anyone have any pics of these items on a tractor

Why aren't you hooking your implements directly to the draft links and top link of the of the 3PH?
