The hydraulic lever beside the seat that controls the three point has become VERY difficult to move on my 4400HST -- any suggestions on what I can do to fix this issue -- this issue makes working with a rear blade very difficult...

Thanks,

Have you ever lubricated the linkage? There should be a few joints and a friction plate for the lever. Sorry, I can't post a pic from JDP at this time.

My 5105 did this a while back. It turned out the screw at the end of the controls had tightened down and was the cause of the bind. I had to take off the fender to get at it but was able to remove the screw and put some Locktite on it. I then tightened it down enough to hold everything together but loose enough for the control to move freely. Its been that way for a couple of years with no problems. Hope yours is as easy a fix as mine was.

Pull the suspension seat off and tithe plastic on both sides. That will let you get to the linkage. Should be obvious at that point.

From JDP, Fluid Film works great for the linkages, do the joystick as well:
