Well, I haven't posed here in quite a while - I have been lurking on occasion, but I'm so thrilled with my tractor (and so busy otherwise) that I have had very little to say... til now.

I loaned my tractor out to my father, and got it back a little worse for wear. Worst issue (I've found so far)... he somehow tore the cable out of the socket of the 3rd function joystick. And now my 4-in-1 bucket is stuck at about 6" open, making the loader almost useless except for large objects - like (perhaps) my father...?

I digress.

Here's where I got stupid: I discovered that I could hold the little contact (now exposed) closed with my finger and still operate the feature. Then I rubber banded it closed, and it worked great for a little while - now it won't work at all. Did I burn a fuse? Did I burn a solenoid? I suppose I bypassed some thermal overload protection and damaged something.

Now I really need the tractor to move gravel on my drive - and am screwed thanks to the 6" gap I mentioned. Does anyone out there have such an item about them as a wiring diagram for this kit? (yeah, I know - dream on...) But I thought I might as well ask.

I'll probably have to have the dealer repair it, but you guys have blown my mind in the past, so - any thoughts??

Almost forgot to mention - tractor is L4240 with LA854 loader, and 3rd function kit is "L2225"

Thanks!
