3rd function hydraulics for a disc harrow

Looking to buy a set of disc harrows. I like the pull type that raise and lower with hydraulics. I don't have remotes on my mx5100 yet but I do have the 3rd function hydraulics that I use to operate a grapple. Can I just hook up to them with some more hydraulic hoses and run them back to the disc. If this will work it would just be temporary till I can get the time and money to get remotes

Yes that would work but would not be recommended.
