3rd function valve connections

I was going to just ask this question on the "other" thread I just started a couple days ago but thought maybe with a new thread I'd get a few more "looks"....easy question actually, the power beyond port on the loader valve has a kind of "connector" that the "original" hydraulic line attaches to. Does that "connector" stay on the FEL loader valve or do you move it to the 3rd function valve when you attach the "new" PB line to that valve, or is it simply a coupler. (Obviously I haven't started removing any of this yet) I hope I said this clearly enough. Thanks for your help....

On mine the PB back from the loader valve is just a hose, with a metal end to make the bend and fit in a tight place. The dealer installed remote plugs into the loader valve's PB port and its output goes into the original PB line.
