My 4310 manual lists:

Forward-Range C 28.1 km/h (17.5 mph)

20.5 seems incrementally faster, and in line with the new engines performance to my feeble mind...

Here is a tidbit at the Deere site that I had overlooked:

the mid-chassis 3320 and 3520 will be on sale from February 2005, with the new mid-chassis 3720 model starting full production next June.
