This showed up in the related threads and I read through most of it , but I'm hoping that if I bump it up, I could find out if the JD 5105 choice has worked well. I was interested to read that the OP realized he mostly did the smaller and medium sized tasks.

Good information on this thread. I will take some time to go test drive some tractors in the next week or so.

Typically in south-east Michigan, if you find someone willing to bale your hay, they want to do it for a percentage split of the hay. The person doing the baling gets the higher percentage most often, or at least wants 50 per cent.
