Bolted mine to the rops to, in the back, where I always need it.

I installed two on my ballast box. One has tools and the other has two 20' chains. I drilled and tapped the 1/4 steel at the top of the box and bolted then directly to the box. It was brilliant when I first bolted it to the ballast box right up until I picked it up with the iMatch. The bar across the top of the quick hitch blocked the latch and prevented it from opening. I then put two nice pieces of maple to offset the boxes back 4 inches. I also have two bungy cords crisscrossed between the handles which I use to hold my chainsaw.

I used an ammo can myself. I hate to do much drilling or welding on the tractor so I built a bracket that bolts right to where the step would go on the right side to the tractor. It does craddle it from underneath. It doesn't stick out any farther to the side than the tires. The can holds a full length of chain and all my spare clevises and pins.

For the tool box on the ROPs I made a bracket to hold it and the extra spool valve. I did drill two holes.........made me cringe to do it. that one is a $14 tool box off of ebay.

Total in both boxes: $16 and countless hours

Not the best picture but I hope it helps
