40 series tractor for various trail jobs?

I'm not sure where this should be posted, but here goes in the JD owning section. If not here, where??

We are looking to purchase a 4044 (HP?) series tractor for doing various trail jobs we need done. These jobs would in part be; minor dirt leveling, gravel loading and leveling, push slash off, trenching, pull stumps, rocks and mow etc, etc. Accessories for this tractor would be; a JD backhoe, 4-in-one bucket (of course a loader, the quick release type), ripper tooth, back blade, and a 6ft rough cut 3 point mower. We are looking at a medium duty Woods for that implement. I may have overlooked some implements...

What do you folks think?? Is there anything we have overlooked? We have already began raising funds for this project...

That size of tractor will do trail work very well.
Much would depend on just where these trails will be made.. great for maintaining trails.
