This is what my dealer just explained to me...

455 is moving to a "500" series with changes.

4010 - smaller, gear-trans. - to compete with BX
4015 - same as 4010 but "5" is hyrdo-trans.

4110 - restyled 4100 with couple additional hp and gear-trans.
4115 - same as 4110 but "5" is hydro-trans.

Dealer said he expects literature soon - dealers in south get it first - casue people are more like to buy cause they get warmer quicker (apparently slow sales in winter-cold), and tractors should be here, Ohio, in March. He also said 4210 and 4215 will have biggest hp increase with 4310 and 4315 getting slight hp increase. He said there is little but cosmetic changes in 4400 - 4700's ( 10's ).

All will have a price increase but still be competitve with orange and blue with their respective price increases.

This is all I've hear - anyone know better?

Ok, I work for a dealer, and I have the new literature. 4010 is a smaller 4100 with hydro only, no 4015, 4110 same as 4100 in gear and hydro, 4115 is 4100 with more HP in hydro only. 4210 to 4710 carry over with some changes, mainly the electronic operating system. There will be no 4215 or 4315 so on. Now the 400 series as you know it, 425, 445, 455, will change over to the x475, x485, x495 with a little more hp, all new attatchments, and some cosmetic changes. The 500 series you speak of will be the x575, x585, and x595 same as x400's only with 4 wheel drive. Take your pick as to which you want to compare with the BX, but I would wait until all the details are out in March to make a proper comparison because of all the new options and attatchments.
