I think if you stick the bucket, that the hydraulics just go into bypass. Simple solution is to just back up a tad.
You can get to the limits of any tractor you buy. I'm happy with the 4010 and am more happy to live with its small fuel consumption, only 0.45 gallon/hr. I suspect that you can get more hp for the same fuel consumption in the newer 2320 and 2520 models. The 4110 have separate hydraulic pumps for the power steering and the lift system. Check out the 2320 and 2520 regarding this aspect. The 4010 is an awesome machine for its size. The old JD M had the same hp but was a monstrous tractor.
One other thing I'd like is position control on the 3ph. Think this is available on either one or both of the 2320 and 2520 models. Think the main difference on the 2520 vs. 2320 is direct injection on the 2520.
