As of today, my 401 is down about 10% for the year after adjusting for current year contributions. I'm not complaining, it will bounce back and there's too much going on right now for me to worry about short term gains. I am increasing my contributions starting next week. I realize that current events are affecting a lot of people, but right now I am still working so IMHO the best thing I can do is keep working so that I'm paying taxes.
