JD 750
I know a 40x40 is just a little bit big for my JD750 but the wife wants the tractor and my truck out of the garage. ;)

Been doing some preliminary things on the project as I wait for engineering to finish the plans so I can get a permit. It is a custom building and I paid the bucks for it also. Oh, I do have the foundation plans so shouldn't have to do any footing work over. Here are a few pictures to start with.

You and I have the same amount of hair. May I suggest you wear a hat? Also, get some gloves.

Why do I see so many woven wire fences in the background ? Do things move in the middle of the night ?

What kind of building are you planning on installing? I've been looking at steel buildings. So far, I'm leaning toward Heritage.

Looks like a real nice place you have there. You know you have to keep posting pictures now till it's finished.:D

I figured I would have to follow through with this. I enjoy looking at projects of others on this site. Will have to resize some more pictures.

Her is a picture of my son on the tractor.

Those are for new plants so the rabbits don't eat them up. Anything in the desert is prime food for them there varmits:mad:

It is a Forbes building. It has total rigid frame, 4:12 roof, 18" overhang, gutters, skylights, operable ridgevent, wainscoat at 3'6", roof and wainscoat are same color, 14x14, 12x12, and 12x10 garage doors, 3- 4030 windows, and 1-3070 personel door.

I priced out a Heritage and it was about the same so I went with Forbes which is 30 miles from me for the convience of support. The big difference is that the Heritage does not have a toal rigid frame so you can not add onto it without making modifications which the way I understand it it needs to be reengineered and the rigid frame needs to installed in the original building before additions can be made.
