mfrost,

That's a pretty handy trenching tool you have there. I've never seen one like that where you could dig out a trench so nicely!!!! I hate sand, except when it comes to building on it. Then it's my favorite base material.

Thanks for the pictures. I'm looking forward to seeing more of them and following along with your progress.

A little water and compaction and this sand tightens up like a rock.;)

Made a shoe for the middle buster out of a couple 1/2" bus spring perch plates the size of the footing. It worked pretty good. Just minor shovel work. Her are some more pictures. Having a problem getting some pics resized under 1mb. Have more interesting ones to post but can't.:(

Got my pre-inspection today to see if there was any water ways or protected vegetation that I was going to disturb with the construction. He said to go ahead on her but don't cover anything until I get the permit then the footing and underground plumbing inspection:)

For anyone interested here Forbes Steel - Home is the company that I am getting the building from. The building that I am getting is not pictured but I am sure it will be once it is erected. If you are interested in a building you can e-mail me and I can get who I deal with to call you.

Beautiful scenery. How about a closeup of that middle buster working end and I'd like some info on your front end weights. Think they would work good on my 790.

Attached are pictures of the footing shoe for the middle buster made from 1/2inch spring perch plates and the front end weights made of rail track and slotted to hang on the front racket or whatever else I them to. Want to cut some more for the frontend to keep it on the ground.

It's been a few weeks. What's new? Have you poured your slab? I'd love to see more pictures of the latest progress.
