Dealer just finished his visit. Checked everything to make sure nothing on the 60MMM mounting hardware was bent or out of place. Everything OK. His only solution to fix this configuration was the washer trick mentioned by JClark. Something they have done in the past but forgot on mine. He said they have not encountered any problems with the 4110 rear tires due to these pins rubbing.I have the 31x13.50 turfs in the widest setting. He is willing to swap tires to R4s, take back the deck or entire tractor, whatever it takes. I have no doubt my dealer will handle any future related problems, so I will probably live with it. Just a poor design for what appears to be an otherwise excellent machine.

The rear turfs on a 4110 won't fit reversed, that is offset out (valve stems outside).

Sounds like you got a great dealer and I think you will be happy with the 4110.

Your tasks will define whether R4s would be appropriate. I put a lot of time, effort and money in my 2 acre lawn so I want tires that will be as gentle as possible on the turf. While I use my 4110 for all kinds of stuff, it is primarily a **** big lawn mower.
