Oil & Fuel 4110 fuel gauge problem

I am having an issue with my 4110 fuel gauge. Ignition switch off, gauge reads empty. Ignition switch on, gauge reads full regardless how much fuel is in the tank. I replaced the float assembly thinking that was the issue, but the problem is still there. Is there anything I can do with the fuel gauge in the dash since it is part of a sealed dash unit? I am not buying the entire dash cluster, way too much $$ and the fuel cap is right there in front of me, easy enough to unscrew and look inside. But if anyone else has experienced this and has a solution I would love to get it working.

Thanks Kenny. I can read and it and print it off as well. I will give it a whirl while I am off work over Christmas. I hope it is something simple like a loose ground. I hate to think the new float assembly/sensor I put on has an issue like the one it replaced. Then again, if it is a ground issue, the original float may still be good. Shade tree wrench twisting at it's finest.

Maybe that is what happened to the fuel gauge, my alter ego broke it!
