The dealer messed up the order. It was supposed to have the 200CX FEL but it has the 200X instead. It was supposed to have a fixed ROPS but it has the foldable ROPS. I wanted the fixed so I could add an aluminum canopy and still get it thru the garage door. Can't do that with the foldable. He said get a cloth canopy. Also, if I get a backhoe later, the foldable is required. Problem is that the cloth canopy probably won't last long due to working under trees.

Where can I find the specs on the 200X and 200CX loaders. I want to compare them. Couldn't find them on the Deere website. Since the 200X is $600 cheaper, there must be some significant differences. Comments?

Regards,
Ira

Actually, if you get a Back Hoe later, the TALL foldable ROPS is required.

I would let him (dealer) know you want what you ordered /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif. Personally I would not take it until it was setup the way you ordered it.

I didn't realize there was a difference. I went to the Deere website and saw what you are talking about, I think. for the 46 backhoe, there is a "tall ROPS upper hook kit" for $115 listed as "required". I guess this is a replacement for just the upper section. I'm sure that is quite a bit cheaper than replacing a fixed ROPS.

the plain 200x loader isn't removable... no park stands etc..
permanently mounted loader.

Thanks. I found an earlier thread that spelled out the differences between the 410, 200X, and 200CX. Looks like the dealer is going to have to eat the 200X. No easy removal and substantially less capacity makes it a definite "no". Hope it doesn't take too long to get a 200CX in and installed.

I will probably live with the foldable ROPS, maybe get a TuffTop canopy that is easily removable. The Deere dealer carries the canopy, so maybe I can get it at cost.

It sounds like your 4110 isn't really in yet /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

You really need to be able to get the loader off. Make sure you get the 200cx brought in.

Where did the information that the 200x has less capacity than the 200cx come from? I thought it was just the mounting and lack of quick release? My dealer tells me you can add on parts to a 200x to make it equivalent to the 200cx.
