4110 JD FEL

Hi again, I used the front end loader for the first time Sat and
put a buldge in the inside top edge within the first ten minutes of use. A rock rolled into FEL and hit inside top edge and bent the bucket. I thought this bucket was made of heavy gauge steal.. ??!!

This is a feature. You now have a larger capacity FEL bucket than you had before.

Which bucket do you have?

I have the 410 53 in bucket

I have a 410 FEL but I think my bucket is smaller than yours and its pretty heavy. Never had any problems like that, but then again we don't have any large rocks here on the eastern shore of NC

I have the 49" bucket and have beat the beens out of it and have little damage. I would`nt worry about it, I have used mine so often half the bucket is polished steel from all the abrasion.

I have a 410 loader with a 53" bucket, mounted on a 4115. I've had it for two years now. I beat the snot out of it and have only bent the top edge a little. You might have caught a rock the wrong way. If there is such a thing. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I have a 49" bucket on a 4115 and I also have beat the heck out of it. I have seen it flex a little if I catch a thick root in the center of the bucket and lift with all it has, but it always has popped right back when I released the load. I grew up on a farm using much larger tractor/loader combinations and I have am amazed at how tough this little tractor and loader is!
