4110 with 3200 hours

I talked to owner of 4110 with 157 hrs ( FEL,60" mmm,ballast box & R4's) I offered him 12k. He countered with 12.5 so thinking about it. Found one 320 hrs,no ballast box asking 11.5 but went down to 11 on phone so might go look at that before I decide.
My BIL keeps pushing me toward Kioti or TYM say's there heavier duty. I plan on using what ever I buy to mow as much as anything else and just feel more comfortable on the JD
I know it weights less but defenitly maneuvers better

As far as mowing... yeah I don't know. I personally would stay away from Kioti for mowing. They are one tough machine but just not that great with a MMM. I was going buy one a little while back and wasn't impressed.

I know a guy in Dayton Ohio asking 9K for a 4100. Not sure if he still has it, was on eBay. I can message you his number if you're interested. 72" with FEL. I didn't go for it, a 72" on a 4100 seems like a lot.

Funny, that first one the 2003 4110 is ( or I should say was) 3 hours from me. Two weeks ago I called dealer to see if it was still available. Salesmen said "sure is come on in" so we hoped in truck and drove the three hrs. Salesmen gone for the day and machine was sold.
Weird thing is no one there even asked if they could show me something else or what my needs are.When I told them I drove three hrs to look they had to know I was serious.
I emailed salesmen told him that if sale falls thru contact me or if they have something else. Didn't even acknowledge my email.
Won't be going back there.

Found a TYM T233 on tractorhouse about three hours from me
65 hrs,FEL,60" mmm & R4's dealee is asking 12.5
It is on the way to the 4110 I want to look at so might make a day of it.
