4120 JD, what is a good discount off list?

Hi folks, got a quote on a option loaded 4120 hydro with 400x loader and 448 hoe. Quote was 12% off list on package, is this a good deal?

Sounds like a good deal if that is what you value your dollar for on a good tractor setup.
Is gas at $2.39 a gallon a 'good deal' ?? I think so, given the alternatives. It's cheaper in other states than where I am, but the higher price is still a 'good deal' 'cause I don't have to drive to another state to save the 11 cents a gallon.

If the dealer sells at too big a discount, and goes 'belly up' and you can't get your tractor serviced or mechanic'd easily because he isn't there, then it isn't a good deal, IMO.
