If its at a dealer, for the price he is asking I would ask to get some sort of warranty on the tractor. Something to get you by for a while. 1000 hours is not a ton, BUT it is at the point where things start to come up for repair. IMHO, these tractors can run 2000 or 3000 hours, but they become a maintanance item....

Seems odd to me that the guy traded for a 3520 and gave up all his implements. I understand some might be a touch small.... but...... odd.... IMHO....

It does seem that way, but maybe he didn't really use them and needed the money for the trade.

I think it is a great deal if you can use all the attachments. Is the snowblower front mount?

The 4210 will easily handle the blower, backhoe, FEL but IMO, was a bit underpowered for 5' rotary cutting in thick heavy stuff. You sometimes have to take only half a width to get thru the thick stuff or slow way down.

I ended up purchasing the tractor and got it home yesterday. I have to say that the curtis cab is great. It is soft sided but has the overhead console with cd player, blower and all the accessory switches.

I can certainly use all the attachments, especially the backhoe and rotary cutter.

The previous owner gave up the mower and snowblower because the snowblower will not fit his new tractor and he no longer mows lawns.

Hopefully I can get many years of use out it....
