422 /425 rim size

Could someone who owns the 422 or 425 post the rim size. I'm going to order a set of turf tires soon but I'd like to jump up to a 23x950x12 for my 180. My rim is a 12x7". I'm thinking I might need to get a larger rim for the 23x950x12 tires.

IMO, 9.50s should work fine on a 7" rim. Just adjust the air pressure until the tread runs flat with a load on it. I bought an old Gilson with 9.50s on it from the factory on 7" wheels. 10.50s require at least an 8" rim, while 26x12x12 is normally use 10" rims. There are 12" rims out there, but they're normally used just for tractor pulling and are very $$.

The challenge with these 12" wheels is that though the bolt pattern is the same 5x4.5" center, the offsets are different from manufacturer to manufacturer. I've run into cases where they won't interchange because of that...

I'd try your existing wheels before I started experimenting with others...
