My 4600 also fogs when hot. Keeping the radiator pre-screen
and fins hosed out with water does reduce temp/fogging.
Also I have had 10 different compact tractors of all colors and this is by far smoothest and most comfortable yet. The fogging is my only complaint.
my 4600 does the same. My dealer knows about it and when I take it in for my final check before warranty expiration /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif they are going to fix it. That and a few other things... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Mine, of course, started fogging AFTER warranty expiration. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif Does anyone know what, exactly, is needed for the fix and what it costs? Honestly, it doesn't bother me but if it's cheap enough I might pay for the part next time I'm at the parts counter for somethting. Thanks. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
When hot my 4700 bezel would look like it was covered with white paint. Dealer replaced the bezel with a special treated version. My bezel still fogs a little, but I can read the gauges. I live in Florida.
Alot of us complained about this in an earlier thread. The dash on my 4610 fogged up after only 10 hours. Dealer replaced the whole console at 34 hours. Problem still exists, especially after an hour or so of 2300 rpm bush hoggin, and to add insult to injury, changing the console started my hour meter over at 0 hours again. Now I have to remember to add 34 hours for service intervals. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
