Price Check 4310 Price Check

Sounds high. I will be taking delivery of a new 4410, E-Hydro, R4s, 430 loader with 61" heavy duty bucket and ballast box, 48 Backhoe with 18" heavy duty bucket, Cruise Control upgrade, MotionMatch, Rear Work Light and Armrest package for $28,950. I think this is a very good price but would like some input from you guys. thanks.

Well, as long as you are happy, so are we!! Sounds like a great setup, and without really putting a pencil to it it sounds fair...

I too am looking at at 4310. I've shopped around Vermont and the dealers really are not that different in price. I'm not seeing the 15-20% off list that some claim. Anyway, I'm down to a NH TC33DA or a JD 4310. Here is the 4310 setup.

Loaded R4's
Rear remote SCV.
eHydro
mid PTO
grill guard
300CX loader (nice).

20.7K after JD $700 discount.

Thoughts? I can't do any better than this with several other dealers in my area. Trying to decide by tomorrow as that is when the NH 4 year/0% financing expires. BTW, the NH is about 2.2K less.

Have you tried Harvest Equipment in Swanton? I just bought a 4310 there with a 300x FEL, 59" front mounted snowblower and a used LX5 for a very good price. I don't know if they have any 4310s left but if they did the sales manager (whom I worked with) would do his best for you. And Swanton to Essex wouldn't be to bad a distance for service.

In fact, I was there yesterday. He quoted 19.4K with the 420 loader and 20.8K with the 300X loader (after the JD discount). I am finding however, that most of the JD dealers in our area are not able to get the 300X or 300CX FELs at this time. Seems like JD is holding them back until the 420's and 430's are purged.

The dealer I referenced to start with (Yandows in Ferrisburg) is able to get the 300 series FEL for some reason as they have a 4310 on the lot with the 300CX loader and he also quoted me a 790 with a 300X loader, which he has in stock.

I think I was looking at the same tractor (Yandow). Did you end up going with the JD or the NH? I thought the 4310 with the 300CX was a great set up. However, have tested out the NH TC33DA and also feel it is an excellent tractor. Two great tractors and two great dealers - how did you decide?

Glad to hear it! I've noticed that some of the guys have been getting fantastic price quotes on 4310s and 4410s lately. Those models might deserve some further consideration.

Your right about the 300 FEL situation. When my dealer called JD to order one he was told they weren't even available yet to be shipped out. Then I told him I saw pics on here of a 4310 with a 300cx attached (in MI) he was not to happy that corporate gave him that line of bullkubota. Now when I tell him there's even one in VT he'll be even more irritated.

There's no doubt they seem to be holding them back a bit to purge the 420-430s, but he said he's a 'gold star' dealer (or something like that) and they are supposed to have access to new stuff earlier than the average dealer.

Apparently I won't be getting mine until early next year, which isn't a big deal for me as ground will be freezing soon.

My dream tractor will be delivered tomorrow or Saturday, I'm like a 5 year old the night before Christmas- I can't wait!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
