On the tilt wheel issue: I have the same tractor with the same problem with the stuck tilt wheel. What I did was to spray a heavy dose of WD40 in the tilt sterring mechanism and waited over night. The next day the tilt steering mechanism worked liked new. I was surprised it worked so well but it did.

Got the Blade issue resolved, and the tilt wheel had some teeth missing, so that will be resolved too. Thanks for the inputs!
