Has anyone noticed in the wiring harness around the rockshaft there are some wires that are not connected. One is a purple plug to male prongs and another is a crimp on connector. Is this for the implement lights the talk of in the manual?

The recent JD units I have seen use "purple" as the auxiliary lamp circuit...

Should I be concerned there is no cap or any protective device on these prongs? What aux lamps could I run with this connection?. I've heard it is for some kind of implement light.

Most of those circuits are on a 20 amp feed... that is "switchable" with your main dash switch...

Yes, rear work lamps, aux. front lamps, etc. - anything you want to supply 12 vdc. to while the switch is in that position can plug into this pigtail...

Once again, John.....someday I'll figure it out. Keep the info coming; I'm not complaining.
