At my place I have (5) 7 ft high doors and (1) 14 footer. It is nice to have the ROPS rather than the cab on my 4120 because with it folded down (as I keep it all winter), I can get it into any of them doors with R1 tires and still have plenty of clearance. In the spring, summer, and fall, I fold the ROPS up and attach a wood-framed, canvas canopy which limits the tractor to the 14 ft door only. That canopy goes on and off in less than 5 minutes and keeps me nearly as comfortable all summer as an air-conditioned cab.

When I had my 790 (fixed ROPS), I had to adjust the travel of the door (on the door motor) and the linkage (to the door) to get the door to open enough to let me drive in. Even then, there was no more then 1" clearance.
So, you might be able to do a bit of adjusting...but I doubt you get more then an extra inch or three (I got about 3" when I was done).

Other options would be to put in a 9' or 10' tall door if you have the overhead room or build a separate garage for the tractor but make it big enough for all the implements you'll add as you go through life.

I repainted it and now it looks fine again.

My Kubota B7510 with ROPS fits into my garage easily for oil changes etc. When I went to change the oil on my new 4320, I just drove right into the garage. That Brain fart resulted in ripping the siding, fascia board and garage door off. I did the repairs myself, but still got very expensive, especially the new 8x9 ft. garage door.

Keep in mind that the overhead door always hangs down below the height of the door opening. I point which I forgot the day I got my 2520. With the ROPS up, it cleared the door frame, but destroyed the bottom panel of the door when it made contact with it and ripped it off the track. Measure twice...
