I noticed a few drops of coolant under the front of my 4320 the other day. It's got about 50 hours on it, so I'm hoping that it's nothing major. I tightened the clamps on the radiator hoses as much as I could and got quite a few cranks on the nut driver out of most of them, but noticed a few more drops the other day. I can't pin-point the leak, but it looks like it's coming from the area where the radiator hose that goes from the top of the radiator to the engine, goes into the engine. I tried tightening the clamp a little more the other day and will keep an eye on it.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Thanks

I had a coolant leak on my 4320 at about 50 hours as well. Not big drips, but a slow green ooze. I noticed this when I crawled underneath to look at my leaking wheel seal on the right front.

I took it to my dealer and they replaced the wheel seal and said the coolant leak was from loose hose clamps. They fixed everything and my tractor is running great now.

Check your wheels seals, who knows, maybe the person at the factory was alseep that day.

if its comeing from where the radiator hose hooks to the engine.
it could be the thermostate houseing leaking. there is a gasket there.
there are most likely 2 bolts holding it on. check to make sure there tight....:)

Sounds good, I'll check the wheel seals and the thermostat housing. You guys have been able to offer me more advice than my dealer. Thanks

I had a coolant leak with my 2320. It ended up being a pinhole in the neck of the radiator. JD replaced the entire radiator. Had 16 hours on it when this happened.

A coolant leak was discovered on my 2520 hours before initial delivery. The plastic overflow tank had a crack in it.

I just noticed a coolant leak on my new 4520. I don't see any evidence of a leak from any hoses. Guess I'll call the dealer tomorrow. Ahhh
