4345 that goes into neutral when in gear.

My 4345 with the power shuttle has started to go into neutral wile in gear. Wile driving along it simply 'pops' out of gear, and won't engage again till you put it in neutral with both the shuttle shifter and the gear selector, kinda like your reseting it. Im leaning towards the transmission control module. Its very random and it can happen cold or hot. Any experience with this here?

Update. Tech thinks control module needs replacing . Its $1800. I tend to agree but wish they could just reprogram it instead of replacing, but they said the don't have the software. My HML sensor is also out, I had jumped it to show that it was in medium range incase that was messing with computer.That sensor is $427 and have to drop fuel tank. All in all its $3200. Codes it flashed were all over the place so makes sense if computer was going out.
