Is there anyone who has knowledge of the 4410 eHydro features and controls. I have purchased a used 4410 eHydro. The owners manual that I got with the tractor does not cover the eHydro operating features. I know I am not getting full benefit of this tractor because I can not figure out what the switches do. The switches have pictures on them but for the life of me, they don't explain a whole lot. I know the 4 wheel assist switch, pretty straight forward. There is one the previous owner has labeled "restrain". I have no idea what that one does. There is another just below the steering col. and to the left. Has a big tractor with an arrow and a little tractor with an arrow. What in blazees does that mean? If anyone has one of these machines I would appriciate the help. Thanks

The switches are the amazing 'sleeper functions' of your machine.

'LoadMatch' is the one to the left of the column. It makes lightning fast corrections to the transmission to keep the engine from lugging down or stalling. It is a feature from pro construction equipment and willl alllow you to work much faster. There is almost no reason to turn it off. It will help you mow faster, if you hit a tough patch in a pasture it will correct the transmission settings even while using cruise control. When doing loader work, it'll add grunt without stalling to get you a a full bucket.

To see it work, put the tranny in 'c' range and try going up a grade at high speed, both LoadMatch 'on' and 'off'. You should see a difference. (although not as great with a 4410 over a 4310...)

The switces on the fender are for cruise control and MotionMatch.

MotionMatch is in the rear row, and has a tractor with long and short arrows. It changes the speed of direction change with the pedals. Short is for tight fast changes that can be pretty fast, while long is for more gradual changes. the short is 'usually' for loader work, long 'usually' for mowing.

There are two setups for cruise control. How many switches are on your fender's front row?

Std. is one, a cruise control. There are two upgrades:

Automotive cruise control upgrade kit consists of cruise, and accel/decel/resume function switches.

Speed Match allows the operator to preset their maximum eHydro speed for operation. Ideal for applications requiring set speeds (spraying/aeration).

this is a 'creeper' function'

Let me know which cruise setup you have and I will get the instructions.

One thing that I highly recommend is:

Heavy-Duty Skid Plate Kit (4210-4410) LVB25453 $327.00
It really frotects the bottem, and is the kind of item that will soon disappear from sight, if you wait.

There is also a heavy duty subframe, if you are going to get a backhoe, this or the skidplates might be a big help.
