445 - 2" receiver setup at rear hitch. Options?

I forgot to take a picture and just hauled it to another building 30 miles away. It will be awhile now for the picture. If you have seen the 6 inch long 2 inch reciever pieces that's what I used. They were about $9.99 on sale but probably little more now. I think I just cut the head off a couple bolts and welded them on. I bolted it on top of the factory hitch. I think I may have used a big washer as a shim because my weld was to large to fit into factory hitch hole. It is pretty low this way but a hitch with a lift corrects that.

One time I moved a big boat (27 foot) inside on concrete. The jack wouldn't lower enough but was a swing jack. I kicked it to get onto the ball. And bent the factory hitch. I think I would have been fine but the sudden drop caused it to bend. Should have had a taller ball mount.

If you don't weld, it can be clamped on with long bolts and strap iron like this picture of my 446 from 8 years ago:

And using square U Bolts like on my brush fork frame:

I bought a straight reese hitch receiver section that had two mounting holes. One lined up with the tractor's and I drilled a matching hole for the second one. Worked like a charm. Could use any class III attachment, including a sleeve hitch. Used it for 20 years.

I've seen a couple of pictures with a 2" receiver setup attached to the rear without a 3-pt hitch. I DO have the click-n-go system in place.

I've looked around, but can't find something that would hook up directly.

Here's a picture of one I found - but didn't know if it was commercially available, or just something that was fabbed up.

Thanks!

There are a few options available that could be made to work. A step bumper receiver plate would probably work. Harbor Freight also sells an "ATV Hitch Adaptor" that would bolt to the hitch pin location on most mowers.
